Hands Lifted House, Inc. is a trauma-informed, faith-based, coordinated care organization dedicated to empowering women and families experiencing homelessness, domestic violence, human trafficking, trauma, behavioral health challenges, substance use disorders, and economic instability.

We provide pathways to healing, safety, self-sufficiency, and lasting independence through housing stabilization, recovery support, workforce development, case management, advocacy, and community partnerships.

Charitable giving information

Hands Lifted House, Inc. (“HLH”) manages and operates the Healed Hearts program. HLH has applied to the Internal Revenue Service for recognition as a tax-exempt organization under Section 501(c)(3), and its application is currently pending.

While HLH’s application is pending, the Healed Hearts program is fiscally sponsored by Flaming Heart Ministries, Inc. (“FHM”), an organization recognized by the IRS as tax-exempt under Section 501(c)(3).

Donations made through this page are charitable contributions to Flaming Heart Ministries, Inc. in support of the Healed Hearts program. FHM retains ultimate legal discretion and control over all contributed funds and makes funds available to HLH for the operation of the Healed Hearts program in accordance with the organizations’ fiscal sponsorship and program management arrangement.

HLH manages the day-to-day operations of the Healed Hearts program and administers program funds within the charitable purposes, approved budgets, and requirements established under its arrangement with FHM. FHM retains oversight of contributed funds and the authority to ensure that all funds are used exclusively for charitable purposes consistent with FHM’s tax-exempt purposes.

Contributions to FHM are tax-deductible to the extent permitted by law. Donation acknowledgments and receipts will be issued by Flaming Heart Ministries, Inc.

Your donation is made to Flaming Heart Ministries, Inc., a recognized 501(c)(3) charitable organization, in support of the Healed Hearts program. FHM retains ultimate discretion and control over contributed funds. Hands Lifted House, Inc. manages and operates the program under its fiscal sponsorship arrangement with FHM. HLH’s separate application for recognition under Section 501(c)(3) is pending.
